    Abel,
This link is for the latest scare on eating red meat. Please check it out and comment. I have a freezer full of grass fed red meat and I am hoping it is yet another bogus article.

      Hi Mike,
The press will continue to attack red meat, eggs, butter, and everything else delicious as long as people will read it. But if you want to unload your red meat, feel free to drop it off at my place. 🙂

    Abel,

In one of your recent podcasts, you mentioned a study where heavy whole egg eaters had less occurrence of heart disease. A link to that study would have been appropriate on this blog post. (Thanks for all of your help keeping me motivated since I found your podcast 6 weeks ago)
