  1. From what I understand, avocado OIL doesn’t oxidize until over 480 degrees F… I’m thinking that the still raw avocado on the inside of the fritter would still be left untouched.

  2. Just made a green shake inspired by the wild diet. 4 bundles of raw spinach, 1 clove of garlic for a slight kick of spice, 1 tablespoon of coconut butter, 1 tablespoon of grass fed butter, 1 scoop of protein powder (less than 2 grams of sugar per serving), and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Tasted amazing. Thanks for the inspiration…oh and i’ve lost 15 lbs in 2 and a half weeks! Can’t wait to try these recipes!
