Melt-in-your-mouth carob made with coconut oil, carob powder, and Himalayan salt.

  • 5 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 5 tbsp carob powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
  • 2 tbsp coconut palm sugar (or similar sweetener)
  • dash of pink Himalayan salt
  1. Mix ingredients with a spoon until combined.
  2. Drop small blobs on a cookie sheet that is lined with wax paper (or into ice cube trays or similar mold).
  3. Stick in the fridge or freezer for 10 minutes.
  4. Dust with carob powder and serve immediately.
