When is it time to speak up?
I believe that time is right now.
To honor and highlight our black brothers and sisters, we’ve decided to hit pause on new podcasts and social media channels.
Inequality and injustice is systemic, insidious, and often hidden from us.
And it’s our responsibility to own this, whether we realize our behavior is damaging or not.
In an interview with artist and activist Ron Finley, Ron says…
“Everybody—I don’t care what economic place you’re at, what religion you follow, what color you are—it’s one blood, one people, and it’s one planet.”
When even one of us is attacked, we are all under attack, and it is all of us who suffer.
A lot of us, myself included, are ignorant of many of the things that are happening right now.
Instead of posting a new podcast this week, we’re hitting pause to highlight our black brothers and sisters and people of color.
I encourage you to engage with the work of each incredible voice below. These incredible people have each changed my life and I hope they can change yours.
