    Looking for help weighing 225 lbs. or so for a long time and I am trying to get to 200.
    I am 61 years old fairly fit and actively work out. Eat relatively clean – not too many carbs and had success in the past with the 4 Hour Diet.

  2. I’m 63, prediabetic with peanut and shellfish allergies. I’ve tried all kinds of diets, need help to lose a 30 lbs tire around my waist. Exercise & diets have only been frustrating.
