How do our finances affect our physical and mental health?
Anyone who’s ever been in debt knows the toll it takes on our sleep, level of stress and quality of life.
And according to a recent report from CNBC, the average American is nearly $100,000 in debt right now.
So how can we get back above water?
If you’re $100,000 in debt, that number is so high that it can be difficult to kind of chop down and make it achievable to pay it off. But if you’re willing to really plan out your finances, change your mindset about how cash flow and investments look and work in your own life, then you can actually make some progress.
No matter where you are with your finances right now, there’s a way to make it better.
