Today, I’m honored to be here with the wonderful Bob Harper, long-time host of The Biggest Loser, heart attack survivor and celebrity trainer, whose clients include the likes of Ben Stiller, Selma Blair and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Bob is kind, compassionate and hilarious, and he’ll be the first to tell you today why reality TV show workouts aren’t exactly what they seem.
And as it turns out, not only is Bob a yoga instructor, snowboarder, and tennis enthusiast, he’s also quite a talented street and portrait photographer. And we’ll be talking about why finding your creative outlet is worth it, even if it looks a little bit different for each one of us.

It was beautiful and totally worth it, so all of you who are struggling to do that creative thing, even though I might be playing music all the time and creative that way, I struggle and drag my feet in other ways, whether it’s sketching or photography or all sorts of other ways of expressing myself creatively.
