  1. i used to make myself run about 5 miles a day… I wasn’t fat, but I wasn’t lean… and I was always hungry.

    Then I went primal, and started running sprints and lifting weights a few times a week. And like you had really positive results.

    im in my early teens and i want to become lean and thin looking girl. im not fat but im healthy with a weight of around 45 kilograms. so here’s the question- along with sprints shud i eat stuff like salad instead of desert???

  3. I’m 15 and weigh 135 and around 5.1 5.2 I want to lose 15 lb in a 2 week or a month and then 15 more after that I can’t go to the. Gym and have trouble staying in track with it. Do you have any advice for me and how many calories should I eat around??

      • Kelly at 15 your body is still growing and adjusting quite a lot. I’d encourage you to really focus on eating whole, unprocessed foods and staying away from packaged goods. Get outside and move as much as you can, but try not to focus on weight loss! – Emily, FBM Team Coach
