What if you could dramatically improve your body composition, balance your hormones, and even reverse the signs of aging just by eating one little food?
My wife, Alyson and I already made a couple of batches and can’t believe the difference in how we feel, and it’s only been a couple of weeks.
So what is it?
It’s a very particular type of yogurt, replete in scientifically proven strains of probiotics that you can whip up right at home.
Today we’re here, once again, with one of our very favorite doctors in the whole wide world, Dr. William Davis.
Dr. Davis is a cardiologist, #1 New York Times best-selling author, and health crusader whose best-selling books include the “Wheat Belly” series, “Undoctored,” as well as his newest book “Super Gut.”

- An easy way to drastically increase testosterone
- How to grow and treat your microbiome like a garden
- Restoring beneficial gut microbes with delicious homemade yogurt (I can vouch for this)

Before You Go…
Here’s a review for The Wild Diet book that just came in on Amazon from Jeff. He rates the book five out of five stars and says
Lost 60 lbs using this book
This is a great resource. If you are committed to getting healthy this book along with Abel James guidance will get you there. Highly recommend it!
This is not a diet scam. This is a lifestyle.
I found this book about 4 years ago. I lost 60 lbs in about 9 months and have kept it off. Now 58 years old.
Jeff, I love hearing from people like you with stories like these.
It’s always amazing to me when kind of invisibly folks like you might follow for a few years, and you know I’m just behind a microphone here, I don’t always get to connect with all of you.
So it’s amazing when years later, you’re still living well and active and healthy and staying wild eating real food.
And it really becomes less difficult as time goes on, as you develop these good habits. It becomes more and more worth it to stick to them because you know why you’re doing it.
So I’m really happy to hear from you here, Jeff.
And if any of you out there haven’t heard of The Wild Diet book, because it has been a few years, check out The Wild Diet book on Amazon or most places where books are sold.
And make sure it’s the one by “Abel James” because there are so many scammers out there at this point.
But it’s kind of a hybrid narrative book that teaches the principles of health in hopefully a pretty fun and straightforward way, as well as a collection of dozens and dozens of our favorite time tested recipes that follow the wild way of eating, so check out The Wild Diet, I hope you enjoy it.
Now, if you’re in search of vibrant health and longevity like us, one area that often gets overlooked, myself included, is getting your sleep dialed in.
And for most of us, the sheer amount of artificial lights hitting our eyeballs from phones, tablets and computers, especially after sundown when the sun is not up and it’s supposed to be dark out, that can really have a negative impact on our sleep, on our recovery and our entire circadian rhythm.
So one of the things that I’ve been experimenting with for the past few years is adding light in from the sun or from, as you know, red light or near infrared light through photobiomodulation is the fancy term for that.
But also subtracting the artificial blue light from the spectrum, when the sun is down or even throughout the day, when you’re spending a lot of time on monitors or on phones in front of a computer.
Wearing blue blocking lenses can really make a big difference for how you feel in the same way that when you walk outside on a really sunny day, sometimes you feel like squinting and it’s just a little bit too much.
Many of us also experience negative effects to our nervous system and our habits and our circadian rhythm just by looking into these screens for so many hours a day.
And after trying dozens and dozens of different types of blue-blocking glasses and lenses over the past decade or so, one of the things that I’ve learned is that not all are created equal, especially some of the cheaper ones from Amazon.
So I’m very excited to say that we’ve partnered up with a team of specialists to create our very own blue blocking glasses called WildRx.
If you’re looking to improve your sleep habits, blue-blocking glasses can really be helpful, even the daytime variety.
And if you are new to blue blockers, please check out the daytime yellow variety at WildRx.com.
And if you are more advanced and you’re looking for really intense blue blocking when the sun is down, I tend to use these when I wake up before the sun comes up and I’m writing music on the computer or playing, it’s really important that you don’t get blasted with this artificial light at the wrong times.
I’m a pretty light sleeper to begin with, and I need to be careful, so when I mess up, I know it, and wearing these glasses, especially if you’re a gamer, if you do anything like Netflix binges or you’re on your phone in bed or after dark, this can really make a big difference for you.
So if you’d like to be one of the first people to try our brand new WildRx blue blocking glasses, then please visit WildRx.com.

My goodness, the yogurt recipe from Dr. Davis is wonderful. Abel has been making us batches of probiotic-rich yogurt since this interview, and holy cow, it’s good. I’m hooked.
Dr. Davis says…
“First, we choose specific microbes, not the ho-hum boring microbes of conventional commercial yogurt. We choose microbes with specific benefits. In this case, we ferment the Reuteri, and we do it for 36 hours… Reuteri, for instance, doubles every three hours. Commercial yogurt production is a four-hour process. There ain’t nothing in there.” – Dr. William Davis
“We ferment at the temperature appropriate for that microbe. Typically human body temperature. For most bacteria that are healthy for humans, they’re adapted to the human body. So you’ll need some kind of means of keeping your yogurt at about 100 degrees Fahrenheit. 97, 100, 102 like that. So you can use a sous vide device, a meat slow cooker, a yogurt device.” – Dr. William Davis
I’m n Canada and I’m having trouble finding the uht 1/2 and 1/2 as well as the probiotic tablets. Can someone suggest alternate products please?
