The app features over 200 Paleo recipes, which you can quickly browse through by category:
- Beef – including our sweet caveman pie and honey mustard burgers.
- Pork – Including crock pot pulled pork and honey baked ham with spice apples and peaches.
- Chicken – including cannibal pasilla peppers and pumpkin chicken chilly.
- Seafood – garlic shrimp scampi and macadamia nut mahi-mahi
- Breakfast – on the go caveman crunch bars and pumpkin pancakes.
- Sides – grilled spiced peaches and sweet potato pasta.
- Condiments – beasty BBQ sauce and easy grilled guacamole.
- Grain-Free Goodies – blueberry banana brownies and chocolate avocado cake.
Finding that perfect recipe is easy. The cookbook app opens up showing the different categories available. You pick a category, such as breakfast, and see a list of the relevant recipes, with full-sized pictures.
Once a recipe catches your eye, tap on it to see a list of ingredients. You can email the ingredients to yourself or your partner for your next shopping trip.
You can also switch between metric and U.S. units, which is useful for international Paleo followers.
Tapping the star icon allows you to save a recipe as a favorite.

Hey Cate – it’s easy to upgrade, just hook your iPhone up to your laptop, backup the contents of your phone and download the new iOS. It’ll add a bunch of extra features to your phone and it will mean you’ll have access to all the latest apps! I got it this morning for my iphone 4s, and looove the pictures, I actually told some friends about it, too, sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words, LOL. Thanks for the recipes and the great price for the app!

Love the app it is my go to for cooking for my family. Is there any way you can add some offal recipes to the app?
I recently changed my phone and it appears that the app is no longer available on google play. I searched for it and can not seem to find it any longer.
