Ori was such a cool guest. I’m really intrigued by his ideas on nocturnal eating and 24 hour fasts. I know you have had success with 16hr intermittent fasting Abel, and I have as well. Just wondering if you had any thoughts on Ori’s 24hr night fast. Thanks!

Hi Kurt, I do 24 hour fasts sometimes, as well. I find them a little more difficult and require more willpower, but definitely beneficial.

When or where has Ori recommended 24 hour fasts? In his book The Warrior Diet it says 16-18 hours. If he suggested something different in this chat I must have missed it.

the method for naming your podcasts makes it diificult to download them unless we go to every individual page. Others make it simple
like:

etc etc so we can download a string of them. i cant use itunes fwiw.
